WHAT can be returned?
Non-perishable products can be returned provided they are in original condition. Products such as oils and brake fluids can be returned provided the packaging has not been opened, if they are opened we, unfortunately, cannot provide a refund, If by chance the product is damaged/faulty upon delivery we will provide a refund as per Australian Consumer Law.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
There is no limit as to when the product must be returned, however, please be assured that we will provide a refund once the product has been successfully returned and is in acceptable condition.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Products must be returned to the V-Spec Performance shop. The return address is; 17-19 Terracotta Drive, Blackburn, Victoria, 3130 Australia.
HOW do customers return items?
Products are to be returned in the original condition as received, please send the product via AusPost or a courier of your choice with the original invoice included.
SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping is non-refundable, as we use an external source for all of our shipping requirements.
CREDIT for returns?
We may allow credit for returned products.
Instore return option?
V-Spec Performance is open to the public from 8:00AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. In-store product returns are welcome.
Please return products in its original condition with all contents intact. Also, provide ample packaging to ensure the product is returned in the condition you received it in.
